How to Purchase and Download Digital Artwork
Ready to create your own digital layouts? It’s simple to purchase and download new Creative Memories Digital Artwork.
- To download your Digital Artwork purchase, go to My Account then My Downloadable Products.
- You will see a list of all of your digital purchases and you can click the blue .zip file to download.
- On a PC, after the .zip link downloads, right click the .zip file and choose “Extract All.”
- On a Mac, after the .zip link downloads, double-click the.zip file and it will extract the files.
- Once your .zip folder has been opened or extracted, you can add your JPG or PNG files into the scrapbook software of your choice.
You can purchase both digital and physical products at the same time.

I am so excited to see digital back! Is the artwork compatible with any versions of Storybook Creator from old CM?
Eve, you should be able to use the files in any digital software.
I love that CM is bringing back digital artwork, as I absolutely LOVE my Storybook Creator Plus software. However, my only concern is the price. I think your digital kit prices are too high. There are many designers who sell their kits for less, and/or give away pieces of their kits for free. For that price, you can buy a “bundle” of another designers kits.

I have many old Storybook digital supplies. Is there any way to convert them into jpg or png?
Will there be an option in the future to design a single digital page to print and place in a traditional scrapbook?
I have several cds of Memory Manager 4.0. Can these be activated? Ever since CM sold their digital line to panstoria, now Forever, I don’t know what to do with these MM4.0 cds as well as other digital content.
