Create a Scrapbook Layout in a Snap!

If you think every scrapbook layout has to be time-consuming, think again! We’ve found the fool-proof solution to creating scrapbook layouts in a snap. Curious what it is?

The answer is… Using Mat Packs! I have created another fun layout using the Black & White Papers, Mat Pack and Stickers. It’s not often that I get photos of my guys together and since I had a few photos from Christmas I decided to use them. They have so much fun together and on this particular morning, they couldn’t wait to try their new scooter, but it was FREEZING outside so that didn’t last too long.

This collection totally works for scrapbooking boys. I used a few Dual-Tip Pens to color in a few of the patterns and stickers to make this page pop. The designs in the Black & White Mat Packs are great because they can be used for everyday memories such as this one. I had this layout completed in no time with the help of the Black & White Mat Packs.

I simply placed four mats onto the base as shown then added my strip of photos. Once I was satisfied with the placement, I mounted them down using my adhesives and started coloring.

I colored on a few of the stickers to make them pop then added them to the layout as shown. I love how much impact the Dual-Tip Pens adds to this layout.

To complete the layout, I cut two Mat Packs into triangles to use as a photo corner at the bottom right-side of the layout, then I tucked one on the left side of the photo trip to add to the design of this layout. I used a Blue Dual-Tip Pen to journal on the card, as shown.

What do you think? We’d love to hear your thoughts! Are you ready to grab your Dual-Tip Pens and start coloring? I am already thinking about using this for another layout. :) It’s that much fun! Thanks for visiting today.
