To create this two-page layout, you will need:

instructions

Step 1: Cut two 5″ x 12″ pieces of striped patterned paper. Adhere to the top of a two-page spread. Then, cut two 5″ x 12″ pieces of orange plaid patterned paper. Adhere underneath the striped pieces. Lastly, cut two 2″ x 12″ strips of light orange patterned paper. Adhere to the bottom of the pages.

Step 2: Mat two 6″ x 4″ photos with two 6-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ pieces of Brown Cardstock. Adhere these, as well as three 6″ x 4″ (one of them cut in half) to the layout as shown.

Step 3: To create a journal box, mat a 3″ x 3-1/2″ piece of White Cardstock with a 3-1/4″ x 4″ piece of light orange paper. Adhere next to the top-right photo as shown. Journal as desired and add stickers, some with Foam Squares.

Step 4: Using the On the Vine Border Punch, punch two borders with Brown Cardstock and three borders with Leaf Green Cardstock (set one aside). Adhere the brown borders along the lower edge of the layout using Repositionable Adhesive. Then, adhere the green borders on top, slightly overlapping the brown. Apply the pumpkin border stickers on top using Foam Squares.

Step 5: Using the inside of the largest Custom Cutting System Circle Pattern and the Blue Blade, cut a circle with light orange patterned paper. Using the inside of the Medium Circle Pattern and the Green Blade, cut a circle with White Cardstock. Mount the “Little Pumpkin” sticker on top of the white circle; apply Foam Squares and mount on the light orange circle. Adhere to the upper-left corner of the layout as shown.

  1. absolutely beautiful…thanks for “forcing” me to get this entire collection and the new vine punch! LOL!

  2. Beautiful layout. I don’t like busy layouts and I myself have trouble using patterned papers because I feel they take away from the photos themselves. But this layout is fantastic. Not too busy and the photos pop nicely with the dark mat behind them. Beautiful colors too. Never thought to use the vine border in a circle !
