Glenda’s Inspiration:

Pumpkin Spice is such an awesome choice to use for Halloween. At my son’s school, all the classes would walk up to the two nursing homes to show off their costumes. It was such a joy to see the faces of the residents as the children paraded past them. When the children got back to school they had their party. The paper pack works perfectly!

To create this two-page layout, you will need:

instructions

Step 1:  Use two pieces of Black Cardstock as the base for this two-page layout.

Step 2: Cut two pieces of pumpkin patterned paper to measure 8-1/2″ x 11″ and the other to measure 3-1/2″ x 11″. Make sure pumpkins are right side up. Then, cut two pieces of orange dot patterned paper to measure 1-1/2″ x 8″ and the other to measure 7″ x 8″.

Before adhering down, use the 2-Way Corner Rounder on the left top and bottom as well as the right top and bottom.

Step 3:  Using the On The Vine Border Punch, create two borders with the Leaf Green Cardstock. Adhere to the layout with Repositionable Adhesive. Then, using the Pumpkins Border Maker Cartridge create two borders with both the orange patterned paper and Black Cardstock. Adhere the orange pumpkin borders on top of the black pumpkin borders, off centering a bit to make it look like a shadow. Then, adhere to the border vines as shown.

You can also punch once with the Pumpkins Border Maker Cartridge and Orange Cardstock to make a short border. Adhere to the upper left-hand side of the layout as shown.

Step 5:  Cut a 2″ x 4″ piece of White Cardstock for journaling. Adhere stickers and a title as desired.

  1. This looks like a really versatile layout, and I love that it’s not “fussy”. I have a feeling I’ll be using this one a lot!

  2. And with the Hammers keen to offload flop Arthur Masuaku in the summer after just one season, boss Slaven Bilic could see the bargain signing of Fode a no-brainer.
