Settle Into Sun-Soaked Scrapbooking with these Pre-designed Scrapbook Layouts

Beach Scene Fast2Fab™ Layout

To complete this layout you will need:

Step 1: For this layout, use the two-page beach scene spread featuring a sand-and-sea base with laidback decorative elements like striped umbrellas and bathing beauties already pre-printed on it. This is perfect for a “just-add-photos” layout.

Step 2: Select your photos and trim them with the Personal Trimmer. You will need two 6″ x 4″ photos and four 4″ x 4″ photos.

Step 3: Use the 12-inch Trimmer to cut White Cardstock into photo mats. You will need two 6-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ mats and four 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ mats. Mount the photos onto the mats with the Tape Runner and adhere them onto the album page as shown. (Tip: To get the same look without matting your photos and save even more time, order them with white borders when you have them printed!)

Step 4: Create a title cluster using Citrus Summer Stickers. Adhere it to the layout using Foam Squares as shown.

Step 5: Journal directly onto the album page with the Black Dual-Tip Pen as shown.

Fruit Border Fast2Fab™ Layout

To complete this layout you will need:

Step 1: For this layout use the two-page fruit border spread featuring a subtle pink and white dotted pattern and a strip of fruit across the bottom of both pages for the base.

Step 2: Select six 4-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ mats. Trim three of the mats to measure 4″ x 6-1/2″ and place them side-by-side to form a 12″ wide piece as shown. Adhere them together temporarily with low-tack masking tape across the back.

Step 3: Use the Lace Trim Decorative Border Punch to punch a border along one edge of the mats as shown. Use the 12-inch Trimmer to trim the border to 1″ and repeat on the opposite side of the mats so you have two 1″ decorative borders. Adhere one border to the top edge of each side of the layout with the Tape Runner and Repositionable Tape Runner Refill.

Step 4: Adhere the remaining strip of mats just above the fruit border on the left-hand side of the spread, lining it up with the border above. Mount three photos trimmed to approximately 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ each on top of the three mats as shown.

Step 5: Use the other three 4-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ mats for three standard 4″ x 6″ photos. Adhere them to the spread as shown.

Step 6: Create the title cluster by trimming the word “Summer” from the mat that features the saying “Summer is a state of mind.” Use Black Sans Serif ABC/123 Stickers to create the phrase “a taste of” to complete the title. Place stickers directly on the page and adhere the word “Summer” onto the page with the Tape Runner. Use All-Purpose Scissors to trim some of the individual fruit images from the fruit mat. Adhere some of them directly onto the page with the Tape Runner, then overlap and layer a few on top using Foam Squares for added dimension.

Step 7: Journal directly onto the album page with the Black Dual-Tip Pen as shown.

    Thank you for sharing these two awesome double page layouts using the Citrus Summer Fast to Fabulous Album! The first one is perfect for busy moms of young children! The second one is perfect for those with a wee bit more time to punch out the lovely Decorative Lace Trim Border Punch. You are so generous with your creativity!
