Sweater Weather Border

Step 1: Using the swell edge of the 12-inch Trimmer, cut a piece of gold leaf patterned paper. Trim the other side to measuring 2-3/4″ wide with the 12-inch Trimmer and the Straight Blade. This is your base.

Step 2: Again, using the swell edge of the 12-inch Trimmer, cut a piece of light blue patterned paper and make the same cut, trimming to 1″ wide. Repeat with the orange and gold patterned papers and adhere them to the base, layering as shown.

Step 3: Punch a border using the Songbirds Border Punch with teal patterned paper. Adhere it along the lower straight edge of the gold strip.

Step 4: Top it with embellishments and “Sweater Weather” and flower stickers, as shown.

It’s a Good Day Border

Step 1: Cut a 2-5/8″ x 12″ strip of striped patterned paper for the base.

Step 2: Cut a 1-7/8″ x 12″ strip of teal floral patterned paper and mount it on the base, 1/4″ above the lower edge.

Step 3: Cut a 1/2″ x 12″ strip of white leaf patterned paper and mount it on the top of the base. Adhere the gold scallop border sticker along the seam of the white leaf and dark green floral patterned strips.

Step 4: Punch a border using the Songbirds Border Punch with orange patterned paper. Adhere it along the top of the border.

Step 5: Add banner flag, flower and “It’s a Good Day” stickers, as shown.

Falling for You Card

Step 1: Use a card from the Blank Card Kit as the base (or cut a piece of White Cardstock to 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and fold it in half).

Step 2: Cut a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of orange patterned paper and mount it on the front of the card.

Step 3: Using the 12-inch Trimmer and the Wave Blade, cut a 3-3/4″ x 5″ piece of gold leaf patterned paper and adhere it on the top.

Step 4: Cut the “Falling for You” mat to measure 3-1/8″ x 3-1/4″. Mount it on the card with Foam Squares. Add gemstone stickers as desired.

Step 5: Punch a border using the Songbirds Border Punch with teal patterned paper and a scrap piece of orange patterned paper. Trim the teal border to measure 4-1/4″ long and adhere it to the card. Cut out a small orange bird from the border and cover one of the teal birds, as shown.
