The latest lovely kit – Kit #24 – steps up to the scrapping plate with calming shades of blue, green and teal and pretty pops of coral to help you curate a creative collage full of memories of all kinds! Not sure where to begin? No worries! We’ve provided a new sketch with easy-to-follow instructions for how to create it using Kit #24 below. Read on!
As with every Happy Album kit, Kit #24 comes with simple steps to put together a fun layout that suits so many occasions – who doesn’t love a tried-and-true layout in their back pocket, right? But the best part about the layout, is that you can follow the steps exactly or veer off into your own creative lane and imagine something else entirely! To get you started, we’ve listed the directions for the new layout below.
P.S. Can we just take a minute to let Kit #24’s soothing shades wash over us? Hello, peaceful palette!
- Choose two designer papers from Kit #24 for the base of your layout and adhere them to the pages of your Happy Album.
- Print four photos measuring 4″ x 4″.
- Choose another designer paper from Kit #24 and create two photo mats by cutting one piece to measure 4-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and one piece to measure 4-1/2″ x 4-1/2″.
- Adhere one photo to each mat and adhere both mats to the layout, as shown.
- Adhere your remaining two photos to the layout, as shown.
- Decorate your layout with the delightful embellishments from Kit #24.
That’s just one example of how you can use this charming scrapbook page kit. Try taking your imagination for a spin and making this layout your own by changing the embellishments, using different papers or re-arranging the photos. No matter how you modify it, you’re left with pages sure to make you smile!
