Step 1: Use a piece of sunshine paper for the base.
Step 2: Cut a piece of aqua paper to 11-1/4” x 11-1/4” and adhere it to the base. (Tip: To save paper, cut out the inside square 1-1/2” from edges.)

Step 3: Cut a piece of royal blue paper to 11” x 11”. Using the Flip Flops Border Maker Cartridge, punch a border all the way around this piece, punching five stops along the edge instead of six. Adhere to the layout.

Thank you for posting this layout, it is so cute, what I like about it though is that you stated it could be used for a 12×12 or an 8×8 album (which I am currently working on) it has my creative juices flowing. Thank you once again! Have a sunshine of a day!
