Swimmingly Successful Scrapbooking Is Here With This Tropical Scrapbook Layout

Are you dreaming of a trip to the tropics or reminiscing on your last hot-to-trot vacation getaway? With the Vitamin Sea collection, you can create a beautiful tropical scrapbook layout that will totally transport you straight to the sandy beaches, sunny days and swimming sprees. Take a look for yourself, and start imagining what you would showcase in your layout!

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use the teal abstract water patterned paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut a piece from the sandy patterned paper to measure 11″ x 11″.  Use the trimmer to cut out a frame from this piece that is 1″ wide. Adhere the frame to the layout.

Step 3: Cut four various pieces of patterned paper to measure 4-1/2″ x 4-1/2″. Adhere to the inside of the frame.

Step 4: Cut three photos to measure 4″ x 4″. Adhere to the mats.

Step 5: Cut one mat to measure 4″ x 4″. Adhere to the last mat.

Step 6: Cut a waves laser border in half.  Flip one of the pieces over and layer on the upper right mat.

Step 7: Adhere stickers and embellishments using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.

    1. I agree with Vicki, I too thought it was too bright and overwhelming but I love this layout and could see myself using the same concept many times. Thanks for showing us there are different ways to look at and use our papers.
