No Longer Two, But One Border

Step 1: Using the Petal Frame Border Punch, punch a border with navy patterned paper. Trim to measure 12″ x 3-1/4″. Punch a border with blush patterned paper. Trim to measure 12″ x 3″ and adhere to the navy piece.
Step 2: Cut a 12″ x 1-1/4″ strip of blue floral patterned paper. Using the inside of the smallest Custom Cutting System Circle Pattern and the Red Blade, cut a circle from the strip, about 1/3″ from one edge. This will leave you with two pieces that have a curved edge. Place on the border as shown, trimming the ends as necessary.
Step 3: Using the Crystal Chain Border Maker Cartridge, punch a border with beige patterned paper. Adhere to the border. Using the Infinity Chain Border Maker Cartridge, punch a border with navy patterned paper. Adhere it on top of the crystal chain border.
Step 4: Place the rings sticker on the border with Foam Squares.
