Follow a Trail of Family Fun With This Camping Scrapbook Layout

From wonderful waterparks, beautiful beach days, zestful trips to the zoo and other fun activities, there are so many awesome family vacation ideas out there. But another standout option — camping! Camping is a great way for family members to reconnect with each other (and with nature!) and to relish new experiences. (Bonus: It’s a great excuse to enjoy lots of melty s’mores and other delicious campfire eats!) Pack your craft bag and let’s go on an adventure with this camping scrapbook layout!

To create this layout you will need:

• Happy Camper Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Happy Camper Stickers or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• 12-inch Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Custom Cutting System with Circle Patterns or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Repositionable Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Foam Squares or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Brown Dual-Tip Pen or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Step 1: Use the forest trees paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut a piece of wooden blocks paper to measure 12″ x 1/2″ with your 12-inch Trimmer. Adhere to the top edge of the layout.

Step 3: Cut a piece of wooden blocks paper to measure 12″ x 1″. Adhere to the bottom edge of the layout.

Step 4: Cut a piece of teal dots paper to measure 11″ x 5″. Adhere to the layout.

Step 5: Cut a circle from the fire red flannel paper using the outside of the large Custom Cutting System Circle Pattern with the Red Blade. Cut the circle in half. Adhere half of the circle along the edge of the strip of paper on the bottom edge of the layout as shown.

Step 6: Cut a strip of light tree bark paper to measure 12″ x 1/2″. Adhere to the top of the previous strip on the bottom edge of the layout. Use this strip for to journal on.

Step 7: Cut photos to measure: (2) 3″ x 4-1/2″ and (1) 3-1/2″ x 4-1/2″. Adhere to the teal dots paper.

Step 8: Cut two strips of light tree bark paper to measure 1/4″ x 4-1/2″. Adhere the strips between the photos.

Step 9: Adhere stickers to the layout, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension. Journal as desired.
