Sketch Round-Up Feb. 7-20

There are several things a person should make in life — friends, time for others, peace, happiness and art. Yes, art! In “Art Therapy: Journal of the American Art Therapy Association,” researchers found that after just 45 minutes of artmaking, levels of the hormone cortisol — which is associated with stress — were reduced. So, making and creating art, in all its various forms (hello, scrapbooking!), makes us feel better. (Woot!) With those good vibes in mind, let’s play with these sketches to boost your creative mood!
