To create this layout you will need:

Step 1: Use a piece of Black Solid Cardstock as the base.

Step 2: Using the Rainbow Ripple Border Punch, punch a border from Black Solid Cardstock. Cut the border at 2″ width.

Step 3: Cut six circles using the inside of the medium Custom Cutting System Circle Pattern with the Red Blade from Black Solid Cardstock. Cut three circles each from the red dots tonal paper and light blue dots tonal paper using the inside of the medium Custom Cutting System Circle Pattern with the Green Blade. Add to the black circle and cut all the circles in half. Adhere the half circles to the border at approximately1/8″ from the rainbow bottom edge, alternating hues as shown. Trim the excess.

Step 5: Cut 10 circles using the inside of the smallest Custom Cutting System Circle Pattern with the Green Blade from the yellow dots tonal paper. Add the circles from the back of the border as shown. Trim the excess.

Step 6: Add the border to the plaid designer paper. Trim the paper to measure 11-3/4″ x 11-3/4″ and add to the base.

Step 7: Cut three mats to measure 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ and one mat to measure 3″ x 4″ from Black Solid Cardstock. Cut three mats to measure 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ and one mat to measure 2-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ from White Solid Cardstock. Add to the black mats.

Step 8: Cut a 4″ x 6″ mat from White Solid Cardstock and add it behind the laser-cut mat.

Step 9: Adhere mats, stickers and embellishments, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.
