Put A Pep In Your Party Step With This Birthday Themed Scrapbook Layout

One of the best parts about throwing a party is the decorating! With the right accessories and décor, whether you’re throwing a birthday celebration, baby shower or summer bash, you can really play up the good-time party vibes! Think staples like number balloons, DIY garlands, Instagram-worthy photo booths and fluffy, flamboyant and peppy tissue pom-poms and poufs! Surprise and delight your guests for an after-party of awesomeness with this birthday themed scrapbook layout that is the pom!

To create this layout you will need:

Step 1: Use a piece of White Solid Cardstock as the base for this layout. Cut a 7-7/8” x 11-3/4” piece with Soft Pink Solid Cardstock and adhere on the left side of the layout.

Step 2: Cut two 7-7/8” x 1-1/4” strips with blue wavy stripes paper. Adhere candle border stickers on each, trimming the ends. Adhere on the top and bottom of the Soft Pink Solid Cardstock.

Step 3: Crop two photos to 4” x 4-1/4” and adhere on the right side of the Soft Pink Solid Cardstock. Cut two 3-1/4” square mats with White Solid Cardstock. Crop two photos to 3” x 3” and mount on top. Adhere on the layout as shown.

Step 4: Cut a 3/16” strip with each yellow dotted scallops, blue wavy stripes and magetnta checkerboard papers. Adhere on the right side of the layout as shown. Using the inside edge of the small Circle Custom Cutting System Pattern and the Red Blade, cut six magenta checkerboard circles, six pom-pom circles, six yellow dotted scallops circles, six blue wavy stripes and four Kelly green fans circles. Adhere on the layout as shown. Fold three magenta, three yellow and three blue circles in half and adhere as shown. Top three of the circles with star stickers.

Step 5: Add additional stickers, popping some up with Foam Squares for added dimension.

Step 6: Cut three 3-1/4” x 3/8” strips with White Solid Cardstock. Adhere on the layout as shown. Journal on them as desired.
