A Layout With Wonderfully Good Vibes

Showcase all of life’s magical moments with this charming layout! By using the Full of Wonder collection, you can create the perfect backdrops to photos of time spent with family, birthday parties and hikes out in nature. Keep reading for inspo on how you can add some wonder to your scrapbooks!

To create this layout you will need:

Step 1: Use light blue watercolor paper for the base of the layout.

Step 2: Cut 6? x 4? variety mats in half to create a total of four 3? x 4? pieces. Adhere along the top edge of the layout. 

Step 3: Cut a piece of the purple ice & teal ink paper to measure 12? x 1-1/2?. Adhere along the bottom edge of the layout.

Step 4: Cut a piece of navy watercolor paper to measure 12? x 1/4?. Adhere along the bottom of the previous piece. 

Step 5: Cut a piece of White Solid Cardstock to measure 12? x 3/4?. Adhere above the navy watercolor piece. Adhere the hearts border sticker on top of the White Solid Cardstock strip.

Step 6: Cut a piece from purple ice watercolor paper to measure 6-1/2? x 4-1/2? for a photo mat.

Step 7: Cut a piece from navy watercolor paper to measure 4-1/2? x 4-1/2? for a photo mat. 

Step 8: Cut mats from White Solid Cardstock to measure 6-1/4? x 4-1/4? and 4-1/4? x 4-1/4? and adhere onto the mats cut in Step 6 and 7. 

Step 9: Adhere photos to the mats as shown that measure: (1) 6? x 4?, (1) 4? x 4?, and (1) 2-3/4? x 3-3/4?.

Step 10: Adhere stickers and embellishments to the layout, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.

Step 11: Journal as desired.

  1. I recognize that blue butterfly chair that Jeffrey is sitting on. It’s at Dolly Pardon’s DreamMore Resort. I’ve been there and scrapped my photos using the butterfly punch that came in a secret box. Since Dolly loves butterflies, they are all over her resort.

    I would like to see a layout for photos not taken at a butterfly themed location.

  2. Full of Wonder looks like it would go well with Winter photos because jewel tones go well with outside pics, snow, outdoor cold winter clothing is popular in similar colors. Also tropical and beach pics. Botanical gardens with the all the flowers, aviaries, etc. If you are into jewelry, gems, mineralogy, volcanology, visits to unique Natural Parks features such as Yellowstone’s Grand Prismatic Spring. A layout highlighting your birthstone and things like that. A layout about how you have your wardrobe your closet set up – by colors, by warm or cool tones, etc. A shopping trip. So many possibilities!
