Add a Touch of Warmth with Star of Wonder

The Star of Wonder bundle shines with the quiet beauty of the season, reflecting the peace and meaning that make the holidays so special. With its graceful patterns and golden accents, it brings a feeling of warmth and togetherness to every cherished memory.

To create this layout, you will need:

Layout by Karyn McDermaid-Rolfe, Creative Memories Design Team Contributor

Step 1: Cut a 1″ wide hollow frame by gutting a piece of the turquoise designer paper. Cut the hallelujah designer paper to measure 11-1/2″ x 11-1/2″ and adhere it centered within the hollow frame.

Step 2: Cut a 6-3/4″ x 6-3/4″ square from the red diamond designer paper and then cut it diagonally to create two even triangles.

Step 3: Cut a 6-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ square from the gold star designer paper. Cut it diagonally to create two even triangles. Adhere the gold triangles to the bottom edges of the red triangles. Cut a 9-1/2″ x 1/2” strip from Bright White Solid Cardstock. Adhere to the bottom of one of the triangles and use Micro-Tip Scissors to cut angles to fit. Add journaling with a Navy Dual-Tip Pen to the white piece. Adhere the pieces to the top center and bottom center of the layout.

Step 4: Use the Star of Wonder Border Punch to create a border from Bright White Solid Cardstock and adhere the border to the top of the layout as shown. Use Foam Squares to adhere the center star pieces.

Step 5: Adhere the angel and nativity border embellishments as shown.

Step 6: Using the CCS Small Circle Pattern, cut three circles from Bright White Solid Cardstock. Use the small circle, cutting outside the circle with the green blade. Then, using the same pattern with the red blade on the outside edge, cut three photos. Adhere photos to mats, and adhere to the layout as shown.

Step 7: Add stickers with Foam Squares as shown.

From quiet moments to joyful gatherings, this layout is a beautiful way to celebrate the heart of the season. What meaningful memories will you capture first?
