A Delightfully Sweet Layout Featuring the Gingerbread Fun Collection

The Gingerbread Fun Collection is whisking up all the sweetness of the season with papers and embellishments inspired by baking days and cozy holiday traditions. Whether you’re capturing cookie-making moments or time spent together in the kitchen, this layout is the perfect recipe for preserving those cherished memories.

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use a sheet of Hot Fudge Solid Cardstock as the base for this layout. (Tip: You may want to hollow out the inside of this sheet to conserve paper.)

Step 2: Cut a sheet of Stardust White Solid Cardstock to 11-1/2″ x 11-1/2″. From the red grid, green cookies, and blue frosted striped designer papers, cut three 1″ x 12″ strips of each (nine strips total). With the Circle Punch held upside down for visibility, punch a small crescent shape from each short end of all nine strips.

Lay the strips side by side on the White Solid Cardstock, alternating colors. Cut 1″ off every other strip, and cut 2″ off the remaining strips. Adhere the 1″ and 2″ pieces along the bottom of the Stardust White Solid Cardstock as shown, leaving 1/4″ of space between each piece. Then, adhere the remaining longer pieces above them, matching colors and spacing the crescents 1-1/2″ apart. Trim any excess at the top.

Step 3: Cut a 12″ x 3/8″ strip from the multi-color stripes designer paper. Adhere it 1″ from the top of the Stardust White Solid Cardstock. Place a gingerbread houses border sticker on top and trim the edges as needed. Adhere the completed Stardust White Solid Cardstock piece onto the Hot Fudge Solid Cardstock base.

Step 4: Crop one photo to 3-3/4″ x 5-1/2″ and round the corners. Mat it on a 4″ x 5-3/4″ piece of Stardust White Solid Cardstock, then adhere it to a green variety mat, trimmed to 6-1/4″. Attach this to the layout. Crop two additional photos to 3-1/4″ x 4-3/4″, round the corners, and tuck them slightly behind the matted photo as shown.

Step 5: Add gingerbread cookie stickers and title stickers, using Foam Squares for added dimension.

Step 6: Attach a tag embellishment and add your journaling as desired.
