As the wind whips outside my window and a late-season blizzard descends on Minnesota, I’m staying nice and cozy inside with the new Little Lamb baby scrapbook collection spread out before me. What fun to have the sweetest farm and floral images and soft and cuddly colors and patterns of our new baby scrapbook products to play with! Snow schmoe!
Scrapbook papers and embellishments have personalities, and Bee Mine is energizing! If you’ve been feeling a little rundown after the hustle and bustle of the holidays, get your hands on the Bee Mine collection and you’ll feel ready to create an entire album. When Melissa designed this fun Arrow Border Layout, I had to give it a try. I loved the way that she used three different colors of cardstock behind each arrow in the border design.
The new Sugarplum collection is so whimsical and cheerful, it has me smiling today! Guess you could say I’ve got visions of Sugarplums dancing in my head. Time to play with these fun papers and adorable stickers and create some holiday borders!
The borders I’ve made will look great either added to the beautiful Sugarplum Fast2Fab pre-designed album pages or any other layout you have in mind. I’ve added a matching title or journal box to add to a double page spread, or they can be adapted to make a card.
The small, adorable size of the 8×8 album is perfect for gift albums, weekender albums and tribute albums. But sometimes adding another project on top of the regular family albums you’re already working on can seem a little daunting. Not anymore! Here’s a quick, easy way to make an 8×8 album using just a few supplies and tools of your choice!
I’ve used the Slice of Summer collection here, but you can use any collection of papers and stickers that suit your project. What will you use for yours?
Do not delay in getting your 8×8 Coversets, as they are only available a few times a year, and RIGHT NOW is one of those windows!
Not to worry though, the page refills are available all of the time. So, this allows you to create the pages whenever you wish!
There’s nothing like getting out in nature–feeling warm breezes, smelling trees and campfires, experiencing your surroundings, from ordinary to majestic. Of course, having your camera along to try to capture it all is part of the adventure! When you’re back home, spreading out your pictures and remembering the day, the Adventure Collection’s earthy designs, colors and images will help you tell the story in vivid detail.
The Pockets Albums are a great way to get a project done quickly, especially for gifts. I love using lots of embellishments so incorporating digital artwork with my photos works fantastically for pocket pages.
Those with graduates this spring know how frenzied and full (and emotional) these last weeks leading up to graduation can be! Let your documenting of the event be the easy part. Simply grab the new Cap & Gown Collection, cardstock in your grad’s school colors and a few tools, and follow along to make some simple striking borders for your upcoming pages. Oh! And congratulations to your grad…and to you!
Furry friends are the best, aren’t they? Many of us love our pets so much we take oodles of pictures of them and dedicate entire albums to capturing the special bonds we share with them. The Fur Buddies Paper and Stickers are PURR-fectly wonderful for those fun and lovable pages, and I couldn’t wait to get my PAWS on the new Paw Prints Border maker Cartridge to make some borders. Hope you DIG ’em!
What’s not to love about the new Woodland Whimsy Baby Collection? The colors, the patterns and the oh-so-adorable baby animal stickers are breathtaking! I couldn’t wait to play…
These borders are designed with options for both boys and girls and play really nicely with the Woodland Whimsy Fast2Fab predesigned pages. Make them up, and use as you wish to add a little flair on pages of baby’s monthly milestones.
Tip: You may want to wait to add the month shapes, as you can mix and match any of the borders with any months as you create your baby’s album.
My husband travels a lot for work and it can be lonely when you are required to be a away from your family and your home. We all carry cell phones that have lots of photos stored on them and access to social media to see what is happening at home, but there is nothing as rewarding as holding an album with printed photos of the people you love in your hands.
