There’s nothing like getting out in nature–feeling warm breezes, smelling trees and campfires, experiencing your surroundings, from ordinary to majestic. Of course, having your camera along to try to capture it all is part of the adventure! Furry friends are the best, aren’t they? Many of us love our pets so much we take oodles of pictures of them and dedicate entire albums to capturing the special bonds we share with them. I did not grow up with any pets. Well, a parakeet. Does that count?
Unfortunately, I grew up with asthma and allergies, which meant no extra dander in the house. It made me sad to not be able to even pet the neighbor’s dogs or cats. I had no idea what I was missing out on until I outgrew the allergies and asthma in my adult years.
My boys begged and begged for a furry friend.
