Don’t you just LOVE new paper? I love to feast my eyes on new patterns, textures and colors. With the Outback Journey Paper Pack, my mind immediately raced to all the other collections I could pair it with. The Everyday Sentiments Embellishments from Countryside Comfort, travel stickers from Gallivant…and the list goes on. Here’s what I came up with!
Today is a BIG day in CM-World! Today the Precision Point Adhesive makes it way back into the CM product line-up.
The Precision Point Adhesive is a much loved form of adhesive for adhering those small delicate and detailed pieces to your projects. Like the Laser-Cut Embellishments, or a paper flower.
To use the “pen-like” adhesive, you will lightly press the tip onto your project while gently squeezing the bulb. This will release the baby blue colored glue onto your project. Don’t worry though–it dries clear!
How do you envision using your Precision Point Adhesive on your projects?
Fast2Fab Albums have quickly become my favorite way to scrapbook! I love how quickly and easily the pages come together, helping me stay caught up on my projects. Plus, with the matching papers and embellishments, I can add a little personalization and flexibility to the printed pages. Sometimes I’ll keep it super simple with just my photos and journaling; other times I’ll have more fun with it, adding borders, titles and stickers to spice it up.
When I am documenting my memories, I love to capture everyday moments. A walk in the woods with my son, having coffee with a friend, having a snowball fight with my husband, or watching my sweet newborn nephew sleep.
Don’t let these moments pass you by. These are the moments that make up our lives. We couldn’t possibly celebrate BIG holiday’s everyday, but we can make the little moments the BIG ones.
You are going to love how simple this 6×6 mini album is to make!! I always have a few plain albums on hand when I just feel like playing with gorgeous paper!
In order to make this set of three cards you will need:

1 Sheet of gray cardstock trimmed using the 12 inch trimmer to 4 1/4 x 11. This card will be a portrait fold. Scored at 5 1/2 and folded to create the card base.
Vellum is one of those incredible crafting mediums what when used properly can add so much to a simple layout or card. The trick with vellum is finding a way to adhere it to your project in a way that doesn’t show through the transparent paper. Once you’ve mastered the adhering, vellum can be used to add a layer of interest over a solid colour or pattern. Vellum is also great to use as a way of toning down, or muting a pattern so that either your photos or journaling can stand out and be the visual focus of the layout or card.
Let me show you some of my tricks as well as a layout and card that came together super quickly using vellum!
Moving into a new home in a new city a few weeks ago, I was really excited, but I felt a bit out of my element, a little anxious. Stacks of boxes from floor to ceiling, furniture that didn’t fit the same way it did in our last home…it was overwhelming.
But little by little, one box at a time, one room at a time, our new house is taking shape. I’ve been appreciating the cozy nooks I’ve discovered, the way a framed picture looks in just the right spot…it feels like home. And my anxiousness is giving way to contentment.
Scoop up a double serving of homey memories with the Countryside Comfort cell phone wallpapers that are inspired by the fabrics that have warmed your heart for years. Now you can enjoy this beautiful collection in your scrapbooks and in your pocket.
