Easter 2017 is just around the corner. With that, we are hopping around looking for Easter treats for our co-workers and family. We certainly do our fair share of eating sweet treats around the Creative Memories office. Rarely is the candy dish empty (or maybe it is empty all too often and we’re constantly refilling it; I guess it depends on how you look at it.)
Let us show you how to create a most-adorable gift box for those special little treats using just one piece of Cardstock and one piece of Designer Print Paper. Or, just create the base box and decorate the outer portion of the box with paper and a cute border.

Our new Sorbet Scrapbooking Collection is fun, funky and full of color! I used the Sorbet Variety Mat Pack, Embellishments and Stickers to make this happy sampler as a bright reminder that spring will come.

Nothing makes me happier than using up my scrap paper to put together a card/envelope duo that is going to make a loved one’s day. Last week I shared with you some super fun and simple cards that you could put together using the Painted Harvest collection. Today we are going to make some coordinating envelopes!
For the blog post on how to make the cards jump over HERE!
For instructions on how to make the envelope check out THIS blog from back in September. The instruction sheet can also be found in PDF form HERE.

What’s a girl to do when she loves a product collection so much that she just can’t get enough? Make holiday cards with it, that’s what!
Painted Harvest is just stunning with its bright colours and beautiful patterns. It would be a shame to pack it away after creating autumn layouts. The designer paper pack is incredibly versatile and works wonderfully in some fun and funky holiday cards.

Here’s a project that will help you kick-start your holiday decorating. This sampler made with our beautiful Christmas Past Collection and Gold Shimmer Cardstock evokes the warm cozy feelings of being”home for the holidays”.
You can use the sampler with an easel on your mantle as I did, or it would also be great on your old Creative Memories Everyday Display. After the holidays are over, use the sampler as a title page for your annual Christmas album or cut it apart into three vertical panels to use as borders on scrapbook pages.

When I saw the Painted Harvest Collection I thought of the warmness it exuded.
That warm, fuzzy, comfy feeling of home.
Immediately, I had to create something for my home decor.
I wanted to duplicate the paper wreath in which I created for the current catalog using the Cool Serenity Collection.

Today I want to share with you how I took some baking and dressed it up to be an adorable little welcome home gift for my grandmother!
I absolutely love baking – but the problem is that I’m the only one in my house who really loves eating yummy baked goods. If I bake a cake, it means I’m eating almost a whole cake to my self. So, how I stop myself from eating too many cakes all to myself is I bake cupcakes or split my batter into smaller cake tins so that I can gift some of my baking!

We are SOOOO glad that you joined us for the Holiday Virtual Crop!
We have so many ideas that we hope will inspire you today!
Welcome back to those of you who have virtually cropped with us before, and a BIG warm welcome to all you newbies!
If you are new, you might be asking yourself “What is a Virtual Crop, and WHY am I here?” Yesterday’s blog post helps describe the event.
First and foremost—no need to get out of your jammies! Just make yourself a cup of tea/coffee, grab a few photos, along with some scrappy supplies! (Oh, and you will DEFINITELY need some chocolate!)
We will be hosting several challenges right here on the blog, and posting to the events page on Facebook!
(Please SAVE all of your scraps—you will need those for the final challenge!)
Please post your completed pages on the Facebook Events Page to qualify for the door prizes that will be given away at the end of each challenge. Use the hashtag #CMVirtualHolidayCrop. If you have any questions, just ask in the comments section of each post either here on the blog or on the Facebook Page.
So, let’s get started!
