I love hosting bridal and baby showers!
I like any excuse to make crafty personalized decorations, bake something scrumptious, and pull out and use my collection of antique glassware and china.
I used our new Natural Elegance Collection to make these table arrangements for a bridal shower.
The bride-to-be was thrilled that I incorporated engagement photos of the couple and added a splash of the wedding color with solid cardstock.

To make these paper flower bouquets, you’ll need:

Step 1: To make the photo flowers, cut your photos into circles and mat with larger circles cut from designer paper or cardstock.
Step 2: Punch a lace scallop border from solid cardstock and fold in-between each scallop. Use tape runner to put adhesive on the bottom edge of the lace scallop border and adhere to the backside edge of the photo mat. If your arrangements will be viewed from both sides, adhere another matted photo on the back side of the lace scallop border. Adhere floral stem wire to the back side of the flowers or in-between the layers using large foam squares.
Step 3: I added a cropped slide-in card and a die cut embellishment to my two photo flowers.

Step 1: To make the large layered flowers, cut a variety of circles of different sizes from the designer paper.
Step 2: Follow our CM video instructions for folding and cutting the circles to make Corner Rounder Flowers. Crumple up the finished flowers and then unfold and smooth them.
Step 3: Layer 3 or 4 flowers from largest to smallest. Use a small amount of tape runner in the center of the flowers to hold them together.
Step 4: Using a sharp pointed object, poke two holes through your stack of flowers. Push floral stem wire up through one hole; bend the end and push it back down through the other hole. Twist the end around the bottom base of your flower.
Step 5: Use a large foam square to attach a small flower with a pearl embellishment to the center of each flower.

Step 1: To make medium sized layered flowers, cut 5 or 6 circles of the same size and follow instructions above. Add leaf die cut embellishments to bottom layers. See my taupe flower with white flower embellishment center and my solid pink cardstock flower.

Step 1: Make the smallest flowers by layering flower embellishments with foam squares. Sandwich the floral stem wire in-between the layers. Add leaf die cut embellishments to the bottom layers. If your arrangement will be seen from both sides, make sure to add flower embellishments to the back side.
Let your imagination go wild with these! The combinations are endless! For fuller arrangements, you can add tissue paper flowers to the bouquets.
