“If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.” – Milton Berle
The new Creative Memories opened its doors again in the United States and Canada in November 2014. After an outpouring of support and love from Advisors and Customers, the entrepreneurial-minded CM team has continued to grow strong and debt-free, opening in Australia in November 2015. The nimble home office team continues to release innovative scrapbooking products and new product designs each month, thriving on the energy shared by Advisors and Customers for the Creative Memories brand.
The new Creative Memories story begins back in 1997 when a growing company called Creative Memories approached Caleb Hayhoe’s product design and sourcing company to add new product innovations to their scrapbook business. At that time, Caleb’s company employed over 300 people in Asia and was a leading supplier to the cosmetics industry. Caleb was intrigued with the opportunity and made the trek from Hong Kong to St. Cloud. Within minutes of meeting the CM team he “got it,” fell in love with the mission and found there was mutual respect for the importance of outstanding product quality. The relationship flourished and over the years Caleb attended many Showcases, workshops and parties, developing a deep admiration for the spunk and passion of the Consultants.
Despite the financial challenges faced by Creative Memories and then Ahni & Zoe, Caleb knew how much passion still existed for the brands and their products. When the company came up for sale, Caleb was convinced that Creative Memories could be renewed with the right business model. He also believed in the talent and rich experience of many of the loyal staff at the Home Office. Here’s Caleb on the day he decided to make it happen and invest in the business (July, 2014):
Now the proud owner of both brands and the proprietary manufacturing and testing equipment, Caleb and the small, high-energy team based in Minnesota (US), Sydney (Australia) and Cambridge (Canada) are thrilled to re-introduce authentic Creative Memories products. (Caleb also acquired the CM Japan business which is thriving!)
The new CM product line includes all of your favorites such as the 8×8” and 12×12” Bookcloth Albums, The Original Border Maker System, Refill Pages and Page Protectors, the beloved Tape Runner as well as Fast2Fab Albums with Predesigned Pages and Digital Artwork.
Though the products, equipment and brands are the same, this is a new business with an entrepreneurial, start-up spirit. It also offers a unique, brand-new sales opportunity for people who share the mission and want to make a little or a lot, with no restrictions or minimums.
The new Creative Memories is on a mission to help you share, remember and cherish your memories. There’s never been a better time to join us and save your family’s precious moments.

I have one of your scrap books, but I have lost the spine cove. It’s 12″X12″ black. Can help me? My closest representative cannot, as she only has complete product
How do I find a reprentative. I live in Ontario, Calif.
I am an adviser but my name is not listed in the list of local advisers. Can you please add me…
I bought online software in 2011 or 2012 can I still access itWill the new CM support it
I bought the story book creator 3 and lots of add ons
The CM software was licensed from a company called Panstoria. Memory Manager was the program Panstoria calls Historian, and Storybook Creator was the program Panstoria calls Artisan. Unfortunately, you do have to purchase both all over again directly from Panstoria, even if you had the old software, but the good news is, Historian will be able to open your Memory Vaults (if you had MM) and you can use all of your digital art in Artisan. – former consultant and huge fan of MM & SBC :-)
are your products all archival quality so that photos do not deteriorate over time?
