Challenge 3: Creative Memories NSD Virtual Crop

Happy Saturday!  We are so glad that you are able to join us for the 2017 National Scrapbook Day Virtual Crop!

The sun is shining here in Central Minnesota, and we are supposed to have a TOP 10 summer day, but that isn’t going to stop me from doing a little scrapping today.  I am just going to open the windows and let the fresh air flow through the house.

Got your coffee?  (….and M&M’s?)  I can’t scrap without those 2 basics.  Oh, and of course some licorice too.  What about you?  What is your go-to scrapping snack?

Did you get a chance to join us last night to create a couple of projects?  We will be giving those prizes away momentarily……

challange 3 (1)

Challenge 3:  Create a 2-page spread using this sketch as inspiration—also, incorporate folded circles into your spread.  To qualify for the prize for this challenge, take a photo (Make it stellar–and you might be featured on our blogs or social media!), then upload it to the Facebook Event Page. Make sure you use #CMNSDVirtualCrop if you are posting your projects on Social Media.

You have until 11am CST on Saturday May 6th to submit your project to qualify for this prize.

  1. I love these challenges with just that little something extra to try! Thanks, CM!

  2. Love the folded circle techniques! As I’m also a quilter, love the cathedral windows!! :)

  3. I am not sure how to do the flowers with the circles…fold in thirds? Would love to see step by step as we have with 2 circle fold technique.

  4. I can usually comment but my project hasn’t been posted. I tried posting the photos twice but they are waiting for permission by an administrator. I don’t think that should take more than 7 hours!
