Keep it Mellow with this Meadow Scrapbook Layout

You can take your layouts back to their grass roots with the Mellow Meadows Paper Pack! Inspired by warm breezes rolling across wide-open fields and slowing down to take pleasure in the prairie, it sows a seed of humble happiness on any spread! Get ready for some frolicking fun with this meadow scrapbook layout – take a look below!

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use the Beneath the Pines black patterned paper as the base for the layout.

Step 2: Cut a piece of Mellow Meadows patterned paper to measure 11″ x 11″ and adhere it to the layout.

Step 3: Cut a strip of the Beneath the Pines light green patterned paper to measure 10-3/4″ x 3/4″ and adhere it to the bottom of the layout.

Step 4: Cut two pieces from the Beneath the Pines dark green patterned paper to measure 5-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ and adhere them to the layout.

Step 5: Cut two photos to measure 5″ x 4″ and adhere them to the dark green pieces.

Step 6: Cut one piece of patterned paper to measure 1-1/4″ x 2-1/2″, a second piece of different patterned paper to measure 1-1/4″ x 3″ and a third piece of different patterned paper to measure 1-1/2″ x 2-3/4″. Gently fold one end of each piece and cut it at an angle to create the “v” with All-Purpose Scissors. Adhere to the layout, as shown.

Step 7: Adhere a Beneath the Pines Laser Cut Embellishment with a Foam Square along the top edge of the “flags” you cut in the previous step. 

Step 8: Adhere Beneath the Pine Stickers as desired.

Step 9: Add Black Sans Serif ABC/123 Stickers and journal as desired at the bottom of the layout.

  1. Again love the colors of these packs and the simplicity of these layouts begs for a group or class quickie make n take! Try it and they for sure will love CM scrapbooking as much as I do!
