April 2024 Virtual Crop
April showers bring scrapbooking for hours — the perfect time for the April Virtual Crop! Let’s cozy up indoors, get crafty and let the fun begin!

In this post, you will find ALL four sketches for this crop (these four sketches are for the entire weekend; no additional sketches will be posted), a downloadable PDF with the four sketches for your convenience, hashtags to use when posting your challenge layouts in the Virtual Crop Facebook Group, prize information and layout inspiration. This is about to be an amazing weekend and we can’t wait to see what you create!
To ensure we see all your submissions for a chance to win, you’ll want to post each layout you complete as its own new post with the hashtag for that challenge. You have until Tuesday, April 16, at 11:59pm CT (AU: Wednesday, 17 April, at 2:59pm AET) to submit your layouts for the chance to win a prize (more details on what you can win further down this post!). We will award the prizes randomly, but to win, it must be evident you used the sketch we provided as inspiration to create a project using predominantly Creative Memories products. You have until Tuesday, April 16, at 11:59pm CT (AU: Wednesday, 17 April, at 2:59pm AET) to submit your layout(s). Prize winners will be announced on Thursday, April 18, at noon CT (AU: Friday, 19 April, at 3am AET).

Collection Used: Life at the Lake (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
Nicole’s Tip: “When you use a hero paper like the animals paper from the Life at the Lake Paper Pack, pay attention to what colors are all integrated into that design and use that information when selecting supporting paper patterns! “
Challenge #2
Collection Used: Denim Revival (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
Noreen’s Tip: “Repositionable adhesive and the Square Punch are must-have tools when doing a layout like this — the Repo adhesive is great for when you don’t line things up right the first time and the Square Punch saved me time creating all 20 squares! I was happy to spend the time I saved drawing all the faux stitching marks with my Brown Dual-Tip Pen.”

Collection Used: Birds & Blossoms (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
Loving the tulips, dragonflies, shimmer mats and flowers you see on Nicole’s layout? Nicole’s Tip: “When you’re cutting out your large 6-1/2″ circles, just cut two. Adhere down the first circle on the left page and trim off the excess — use that excess paper in the upper-right corner on the right page!”

Would be great if it was somewhere other than facebook. I don’t have a facebook and don’t support the them.
