A Layout to Remember

Remember all the wonderful days you have with your loved ones with this layout! The Wonderful Day collection is filled with classic neutrals and stickers like the ones below that read, “Timeless” and “Family is where the heart is.” Keep reading to see how you can recreate this layout and its unique tile background.

To create this layout you will need:

• Wonderful Day Designer Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Wonderful Day Stickers or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Black, Hot Fudge & Beige Solid Cardstock or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• 12-inch Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Personal Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Repositionable Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Foam Squares Variety Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Black Dual-Tip Pen or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Step 1: Use a sheet of black cardstock as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut twenty 2-1/4″ squares with stone designer paper. Adhere on the layout in a grid pattern as shown, spacing evenly. Cut at least six 2″ squares with a variety of paper scraps. Trim each in half from corner to corner, and again from the opposite corners to form four triangles each. Adhere the triangles on the stone squares to create a tile mosaic pattern, as shown.

Step 3: Cut an 11-5/8″ x 2″ strip with pin stripes paper and adhere on the bottom of the layout. Place an arrows border sticker on the seam.

Step 4: Crop two photos to 3-1/2″ x 5-1/4″. Adhere on two 3-3/4″ x 5-1/2″ pieces of beige cardstock and then on two 4-1/4″ x 6″ pieces of hot fudge cardstock. Mount both on the layout as shown.

Step 5: Adhere stickers, popping some up with foam squares for dimension.

Step 6: Cut 1/4″ strips with stone paper. Journal on them as desired, trim the length as needed and adhere on the layout.
