Layout by Melissa Ullmann, Creative Memories Design Team Contributor

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use the navy designer paper as the base for the layout. Cut out the inside, leaving a 1-1/4″ frame. Set the inside piece aside to use as photo mats.

Step 2: Cut a piece of Songbird Blue Solid Cardstock to measure 11″ x 11″.

Step 3: Cut a variety of designer paper strips that measure 1″ x 12″. Adhere one strip to the upper left side of the cardstock, so the bottom point is about 6″ in and 1″ from the bottom edge.

Step 4: Place another strip so that the short 1″ end aligns with the edge of the previous strip to create a “V” shape. Continue alternating back and forth, adhering the strips until the “V” is filled. Trim any excess with scissors.

Step 5: Adhere the icicle border sticker along the top edge of the cardstock, trimming any excess.

Step 6: Adhere the gray snowflake border sticker along the bottom edge, trimming off any excess.

Step 7: Adhere the entire cardstock piece to the center of the navy designer paper frame.

Step 8: From the navy piece set aside earlier, cut three photo mats measuring 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″. Mount photos sized 4″ x 4″ onto each mat, then adhere them to the layout.

Step 9: Add stickers to the layout, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.

Step 10: Journal as desired.

Tell Your Travel Stories with the Tropical Garden Collection

Travel photos always come with stories—where you went, who you were with and the moments you don’t want to forget. The Tropical Garden collection brings a relaxed, getaway feel to those memories, making it easy to turn your travel photos into scrapbook pages. Whether you’re documenting a big trip or a quick escape, it’s a simple way to move your photos from your camera roll onto the page.

To create this layout, you will need:

Layout by Krislyn Mattei, Creative Memories Design Team Contributor

Step 1: Use a sheet of palm leaves designer paper as the base for this layout. (Tip: Remove the inside of this sheet to conserve paper.) Cut a sheet of Bright White Cardstock to 11-1/2″ x 11-1/2″ and adhere to the base.

Step 2: Cut the mat that has tropical flowers on both long edges into two 6-1/2″ x 1-3/4″ pieces (discarding the leftover strip in the middle). Adhere the pieces on the top right and lower left of the layout as shown. Using the Monstera Leaves Border Punch, punch a 6-1/2″ long border with both Island Waters and Avocado Solid Cardstock. Adhere them over the edges of the mat strips.

Step 3: Cut a 1/2″ x 12″ strip from the teal leaves tonal paper and adhere it 1/4″ from the left edge of the layout. Cut a 5″ x 12″ strip with purple hibiscus & leaves designer paper and adhere it next to the teal strip. Crop two photos to 4-1/2″ x 4″ and adhere them on the piece, along with the ‘Forever Chasing Sunshine’ mat, cut to 4-1/2″ x 3″.

Step 4: Adhere the dark green bamboo mat on the layout as shown. Using the Mandevilla Flower Punch, punch flowers with pink dots, yellow dots and pink waves tonal papers and Canary Solid Cardstock. Adhere them around the mat, along with stickers, popping up the center flowers with foam squares. Add additional embellishments and stickers.

Step 5: Journal as desired
