Step 1: Use a sheet of Bright White Solid Cardstock as the base for this layout.
Step 2: Cut a 12” x 4-1/4” strip with Kraft dots designer paper and adhere on the base, about 1-1/8” from the top. Cut a 12” x 5-3/8” piece with distressed dark blue tone-on-tone paper and adhere below the Kraft dots piece. Cut two 11” x 3/4″ strips with tiled collage designer paper. Using the 2-Way Corner Rounder, round two corners of each strip. Adhere at the top and bottom of the layout, as shown.
Step 3: Cut a 12” x 1-1/4” strip with each distressed light umber, distressed green, Kraft dots and distressed light blue papers. Adhere on the distressed dark blue piece, evenly spaced. Spell out your title on the pieces using all three colors of ABC Embellishments. Adhere using repositionable tape runner.
Step 4: Crop two photos to 5-1/4” x 3-1/4” and mount on two 5-1/2” x 3-1/2” pieces of Bright White Solid cardstock. Adhere on the Kraft dots piece. Crop a photo to 3-3/4” x 3-3/4” and mount on a 4” x 4” piece of Bright White Solid Cardstock. Cut a 4-1/2” x 4-1/2” piece with colored stars paper and mount the matted photo on top. Adhere at an angle on the layout, as shown.
Step 5: Add embellishments and stickers, popping some stickers up with foam squares for dimension. Journal on the “notes” embellishment as desired.

Cute layout! At first, I thought the whole picture was the page. I wondered about the tray in the upper left hand corner and the random letters on the tabletop. I like it both ways. We assemble letters to make the words as we write our story.
