April Completed Album Challenge PLUS a Layout That Will Make You Want To Hit The Road

Finished an album this month? Now’s the perfect time to head over to the Virtual Crop Group and show it off during the April Completed Album Challenge! If you need inspiration to get those last few pages done, check out this road-trip worthy single-page layout that will make you want to pack up the car and head out!

Once you have completed your album (it does not need to be from start to finish in April, just completed in April), make a short video flipping through each of the pages in your newly completed album to share. Then, post your video in the Virtual Crop Group with the hashtag #CompletedApril2025 for the chance to win!

This month we are celebrating a very special member of the Creative Memories family — Diane Lampert! After years of dedication, passion and incredible contributions, Diane is retiring this year. To honor her, the Advisor community and Home Office team came together to create a heartfelt scrapbook filled with cherished photos and memories from events throughout the years. We had the joy of presenting Diane with her album during Advisor Escape in Mexico last week. Now, we’re excited to share a video flipping through the pages of her album as part of our April Completed Album Challenge — a beautiful reminder of the lasting impact Diane has made on all of us! To create this layout, you will need:

• Hit the Road Designer Paper or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Hit the Road Stickers or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Bright White Cardstock or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Road Signs Mini Trio Punch Set or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• 12-inch Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Micro-Tip Scissors or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Foam Squares Variety Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Dual-Tip Black Pen or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
• Photo Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Step 1: Use a sheet of the road trip icons paper as the base for this layout. Cut a 10-3/8” square with green arrows paper and adhere it at an angle on the base.

Step 2: Cut a 10” square with bright white cardstock. Crop two photos to 3-3/4” x 2-3/4” and mount on the upper left side of the white square. Crop a photo to 3-3/4” x 5-1/2” and mount on a piece of yellow tire tracks paper cut to 4” x 5-3/4”. Adhere on the white square as shown.

Step 3: Cut 10” x 1/2″ strips with red, yellow, green and road stripes papers. Using the triangular mini punch, punch shapes from each of those papers. Assemble “arrows” on the bottom of the white square as shown. Adhere a 6-car section of a cars border sticker using foam squares. Trim off the excess strips using micro-tip scissors. Mount the white square on the layout.

Step 4: Adhere additional stickers, popping some up with foam squares for dimension.

Step 5: Journal as desired.
