A Berry Fresh Layout For Your Next Album

This layout captures all the charm of a homemade baking day, featuring doily accents, berry-fresh patterns and darling embellishments from the Berry Harvest collection. Whether it’s Grandma’s signature treat or your own kitchen creation, this page is a warm and whimsical way to preserve the joy that comes from mixing up something made with love.

To create this layout you will need:

Layout by Krislyn Mattei – CM Design Team

Step 1: Use a sheet of the blueberries designer paper as the base for this layout. (Tip: You may wish to remove the inside of this sheet using the 12-inch Trimmer to conserve paper.) Cut a sheet of Blue Solid Cardstock to 10-3/4? x 10-3/4? and adhere on the base. Cut a sheet of Bright White Solid Cardstock to 10-1/2? x 8-1/2? and adhere on the blue cardstock as shown.

Step 2: Cut a 10-1/2? x 3/4? strip with the beige gingham designer paper and adhere on the bottom of the White piece. Cut an 8-1/2? x 3-1/2? piece with yellow stripes designer paper and adhere as shown. Cut the yellow and beige doily embellishments in half and adhere three below the white cardstock piece and one to the right of the yellow stripes piece. Cut a small blue doily in half and adhere on top.

Step 3: Adhere a 4-1/2? x 6-1/2? doily mat on the layout, then mount a 4? x 6? photo on top. Cut a 3? x 3? piece from the “What a Lovely Day” mat and adhere as shown.

Step 4: Cut two 3? x 3? pieces with light blue dots designer paper and top with two photos cropped to 2-3/4? x 2-3/4?. Adhere on the layout.

Step 5: Adhere a twine border sticker on the bottom of the beige gingham strip, trimming as needed. Adhere your embellishments, popping some up with Foam Squares for dimension.

Step 6: Journal as desired.

This layout proves that a little flour, a lot of heart and the perfect paper combo can turn any kitchen moment into a scrapbook-worthy memory. So grab your favorite baking photos, your go-to Berry Harvest supplies and whip up a layout that’s just as comforting as the recipe behind it. Your family stories never looked (or tasted) so good!
