Document Your Favorite Summer Memories With This Chic Travel Inspired Layout

Say hello to sunshine and simplicity with this breezy layout that captures the carefree vibes of summer with the Relax Into Summer collection! Bright citrus hues and vacation-worthy borders make this page perfect for documenting sunny memories.

To create this layout you will need:

Relax Into Summer Layout by Melissa Ullmann — *Layout by **Melissa Ullmann**, Creative Memories Design Team Contributor*

Step 1: Use a piece of Canary Solid Cardstock as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut four mats to measure 3″ x 4-1/2″. Cut four photos to measure 3″ x 4-1/2″. Arrange the mats and photos on the cardstock base, about 1/2″ from the bottom edge.

Step 3: Cut the blue tile embellishments in half horizontally using Trimmer. Adhere one half along the bottom edge of the layout, overlapping photos/mats. Adhere the other half along the top edge of the layout.

Step 4: Adhere the lemon border embellishments along the top edge of the photos/mats.

Step 5: Adhere the lounge chairs/umbrella border embellishments along the top edge of the lemon border using Foam Squares.

Step 6: Using the “Take Me Where Summer Never Ends” mat, cut three sections: (1) 4-1/2″ x 3-1/4″, (1) 4-1/2″ x 1-1/4″ and (1) 4-1/2″ x 3/4″.

Step 7: Using the 2-Way Corner Rounder, reverse punch the corners on the edges of the mat sections, as shown.

Step 8: Adhere these sections to the edges of the layout using Foam Squares.

Step 9: Cut the blue leaves border embellishment to adhere along the the red strip mat sections.

Step 10: Cut the palm border embellishment into two “leaves” and adhere to the top of the top title mat section using Foam Squares.

Step 11: Journal as desired.
