It’s Time for the January Completed Album Challenge PLUS a Layout to Document Life’s Little Moments

Finished an album this month? Now’s the perfect time to head over to the Virtual Crop Group and show it off during the January Completed Album Challenge! If you need inspiration to get those last few pages done, check out this sweet layout to preserve your favorite memories!

Once you have completed your album (it does not need to be from start to finish in January, just completed in January), make a short video flipping through each of the pages in your newly completed album to share. Then, post your video in the Virtual Crop Group with the hashtag #CompletedJanuary2026 by Feb. 1 at 11:59pm CT (AU: 2 Feb. at 4:59pm AEDT) for the chance to win!

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use a sheet of soft splatter designer paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut a 4″ x 12″ strip with fresh mint tile tone-on-tone paper. Using the Decorative Waves BMC, punch two borders with blue scallops designer paper, trimming each out to 1″ x 12″. Adhere behind the fresh mint tile strip. Mount on the layout, about 1/2″ from the left edge.

Step 3: Cut the “Perfect Day” mat to 3-1/4″ x 3″ and adhere it on the top of the fresh mint tile strip. Crop two photos to 3-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ and adhere below the mat. Adhere a 3-1/4″ x 1-3/4″ green embellishment just below the photos.

Step 4: Adhere the green mat with the “Unexpected Discovery” journal prompt on the layout as shown. Cut a 6-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ piece with blue scallops designer paper and adhere below the mat. Adhere a 6″ x 4″ photo on top.

Step 5: Adhere tag embellishments, title stickers, and stickers as desired.

Step 6: Journal as desired.
