Isn’t life beautiful?
There are so many days that I just have to step back and remind myself how beautiful this life we live really is. Take a deep breath, and take in all the sights, sounds, smells, and people around me.
By snapping a few photos of these things, is a wonderful reminder to LOVE LIFE! Today I challenge you to snap at least two photos of the things that will remind you to do this. Once you have these photos, add them to a layout! Throw a few flowers on there for the beauty-factor!
The new Mix & Match Collections are perfect for creating this layout. It allows you to be colorful and add beauty all at the same time.
To create this layout, you will need:
- Cranberry Mix & Match Paper Pack
- Cranberry Mix & Match Embellishments
- Black ABC/123 Stickers
- 12″ Straight Trimmer
- Tape Runner
- Foam Squares
- White and Cranberry Cardstock
Use the red dotted paper as the base for this layout.
Cut the red striped paper to measure 11″ x 11″. Adhere to the dotted paper.

Happy Creating!
LOVE this. And you are so right. Life is beautiful so let’s remember it in our scrapbooks.
Love the colors on this layout. The cranberry selection is the best on the market. Thank you for sharing.
Great idea! Let us show the love!
Back in 2012 we had a computer failure and I lost several months of photos. When my chronological family album got up to that time, I went to Facebook to recapture some pix. I read some of my posts as I was copying pix, and decided some of my written words were as valuable as the pix. So I started taking screenshots of my posts, and I printed them along with the photos. Your layout here is inspiration for my Facebook layouts in my family scrapbook. Thanks!
Oh Trish, that is such a fabulous idea! :) Thank goodness in times like that we have Facebook to rely on! -Melissa
I love the monochromatic layout. I also capture daily blessings and beauty. I send scrapbooks to my parents and they really enjoy seeing bits and pieces of this.
I love the layout!!!! Thank you!!
