Step 1: Cut a 12″ x 3″ strip of teal tile patterned paper for the base. Cut an 11-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ strip of brown leather paper and adhere on top.

Step 2: Cut an 11-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ strip of both brushed metal paper and cardstock. Adhere the strips together. Punch with the Horse Punch at regular intervals, five times across. Trim a little off the long sides to make the strip 2-1/4″ high. With a small hole punch, punch a hole in each of the four corners. Mount the strip on the border using Foam Squares.

Step 3: Add stickers and embellishments.
