It’s your lucky day — the March Virtual Crop starts NOW, and you’re in for a weekend packed with creativity, connection and scrap-happy fun! Get excited for four brand-new sketch challenges designed to hold your most cherished memories!

In this post, you will find ALL four sketches for this crop (these four sketches are for the entire weekend; no additional sketches will be posted), a downloadable PDF with the four sketches for your convenience, hashtags to use when posting your challenge layouts in the Virtual Crop Group, prize information and layout inspiration. This is about to be an amazing weekend and we can’t wait to see what you create!

To make sure we see all your submissions for a chance to win, you’ll want to post each layout you complete as its own new post with the hashtag for that challenge. You have until Tuesday, March 18, at 11:59pm CT (AU: Wednesday, 19 March, at 3:59pm AEDT) to submit your layouts for the chance to win a prize (more details on what you can win further down this post!). NOTE: The Prize Pack will be awarded to one (1) participant in each challenge. Valid only for products currently in stock (excludes products that are out of stock and expected to return).

We will award the prizes randomly, but to win, it must be obvious you used the sketch we provided as inspiration to create a project. You’re highly encouraged to use Creative Memories products, but it’s not a requirement to win. You have until Tuesday, March 18, at 11:59pm CT (AU: Wednesday, 19 March, at 3:59pm AEDT) to submit your layout(s). Prize winners will be announced on Thursday, March 20, at noon CT (AU: Friday, 21 March).

Challenge #1

Collection Used: Fair Life — SNEAK PEEK!

Noreen’s Tip: “This was a super-simple layout to put together, as the pre-designed Fair Life Fast2Fab-Inspired paper already had a border along the left edge. I trimmed down three mats from the coordinating Artsy Add-On Kit, then fussy cut and colored one for an additional embellishment. And after choosing one of the six titles included in the Artsy Add-On Kit, putting it together was as easy as 1, 2, 3!”

Challenge #2

Collection Used: Noteworthy Days (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Noreen’s Tip: “The Noteworthy collection strikes again, this time as a soft spring-themed page! This layout is perfect to use up some of the many scraps I had from this collection and I added ¼“ mats to my photo spots to give just a touch of contrast to the light colored paper I used for the 10″ x 8″ piece. To make the ‘Spring’ clear title sticker stand out, I adhered it to a scrap of Bright White Solid Cardstock and fussy cut around the edges before adding it to my layout with Foam Squares.”

Challenge #3

Collection Used: On the Mend (Shop Canada) (Shop Australia)

Noreen’s Tip: “I love cutting up the cards with the fun designs in the mat packs. Here I used one ½ size card for the title and fussy cut the clipboard from another. Make sure to check the patterns on the opposite side of the papers you use for this layout — you’ll definitely have enough for your 1“ x 12″ strips. And I recommend using cardstock for your mats as you’ll need more than one 12″ x 12″ piece.”

Challenge #4

Collection Used: Springtime Soiree (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Noreen’s Tip: “Although I’m not much of a pastel girly, the gorgeous colors and patterns of Springtime Soiree have me swooning! Once again, I fussy cut one of the mat cards and added the sweet sticker embellishments to create a custom title. To cut the banner, mark the center of the 4“ edge about 1″ up, then cut on a diagonal from the outside corners up to the mark. Repeat on the opposite end of the banner.”
