Step 1: Use a piece of blue tiles designer paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Adhere two 6-1/2? x 4-1/2? mats on the layout as shown. Round the two outer corners of two photos and adhere on the mats. Cut two more mats in half to 3-1/2? x 4-1/2? and adhere next to the large mats.

Step 3: Adhere embellishments and stickers, popping some up with foam squares for dimension.

Step 4: Journal as desired.
