Walk On The Wild Side With This Zoo Scrapbook Idea

If you have even taken a trip to a zoo, you know there are so many different mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, fish and invertebrates to see! From African spurred tortoises to alpacas, Siberian tigers and sun bears, tufted puffins and tarantulas, you’re in for a wild time! Speaking of wild, take a walk on the wild (and creative!) side by making this zoo scrapbook layout!

To create this layout you will need:

Step 1: Use a piece of animal tracks designer paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut two 12″ x 1″ strips of navy striped squares designer paper. Adhere one at the top and one at the bottom of the layout. Cut a 12″ x 1-1/2″ strip of light blue waves designer paper and adhere it above the navy striped squares strip at the bottom. Adhere border stickers as shown.

Step 3: Crop two photos to 3-3/4″ x 5-1/2″ and mount on two 4″ x 5-3/4″ Kelly green palm leaves designer paper. Adhere on the layout as shown.

Step 4: Using the outside edge of the smallest Custom Cutting System Circle Pattern and the Blue Blade, cut a circle with mustard diamond grid designer paper. Using the inside edge of the largest Custom Cutting System Circle Pattern and the Green Blade, cut a circle with mustard diamond grid paper. Using the same pattern and the Red Blade, cut a circle with light blue waves paper. Adhere all circles on the layout as shown.

Step 5: Adhere a title on the light blue waves strip using letter stickers. Add additional stickers, popping some up with Foam Squares for added dimension.

Step 6: Journal as desired.

What is a go-to animal you must see at the zoo? Will you be making this zoo scrapbook layout after your next visit?
