Bundle Up To Snow Much Fun With This Winter Scrapbook Layout

As temperatures begin to drop and the winter jackets come out of warm-weather hibernation, the airy beauty of falling white snow, crisp skies and the chic blues of warming scarves increases. These classic wintertime hues embrace the purity that comes with the frosted landscape… and you can see that emulated in this winter scrapbook layout!

Winter themed layout with two photos of a family playing in the snow and layered borders at the top and bottom of the page.

To create this layout you will need:

Step 1: Use a piece of beige herringbone paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Cut a 12″ x 1″ strip with stripes paper and adhere on the top of the layout. Adhere the swirls flocked border over the seam. Cut a 12″ x 2″ strip with stripes paper and adhere on the bottom of the layout. Adhere the trees and boughs flocked borders over the seam. Cut out the “snow angels” saying from designer paper and mount on top using Foam Squares for added dimension.

Step 3: Cut the variety mat with boughs lengthwise at the 1″ mark. Adhere the 1″ x 6″ piece along the left side of the layout and the larger piece along the right side. Cut an 8-1/2″ x 6″ piece with Baby Blue Solid Cardstock and mount between the mat pieces, overlapping as necessary.

Step 4: Crop two photos to 3-7/8″ x 5-1/2″ and mat with two 4″ x 5-5/8″ pieces of Navy Solid Cardstock. Mount on the baby blue piece.

Step 5: Add stickers and embellishments and journal as desired.
