In this post, you will find ALL four sketches for this crop (these four sketches are for the entire weekend; no additional sketches will be posted), a downloadable PDF with the four sketches for your convenience, hashtags to use when posting your challenge layouts in the Virtual Crop Facebook Group, prize information and layout inspiration. This is about to be an amazing weekend and we can’t wait to see what you create!

To ensure we see all your submissions for a chance to win, you’ll want to post each layout you complete as its own new post with the hashtag for that challenge. You have until Tuesday, Aug. 13, at 11:59pm CT (AU: Wednesday, 14 Aug., at 2:59pm AET) to submit your layouts for the chance to win a prize (more details on what you can win further down this post!). NOTE: The Prize Pack will be awarded to one (1) participant in each challenge. Valid only for products currently in stock (excludes products that are out of stock and expected to return).

We will award the prizes randomly, but to win, it must be evident you used the sketch we provided as inspiration to create a project using predominantly Creative Memories products. You have until Tuesday, Aug. 13, at 11:59pm CT (AU: Wednesday, 14 Aug., at 2:59pm AET) to submit your layout(s). Prize winners will be announced on Thursday, Aug. 15, at noon CT (AU: Friday, 16 Aug.).

Challenge #1

Collection Used: Go Fetch (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Noreen’s Tip: “Don’t forget that the back sides of the Go Fetch and Purrr-fect Kitty Cat mat papers are tonal, which makes them great to use as base pages!”

Challenge #2

Collection Used: School Dayz (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Noreen’s Tip: “Make sure that all circles touch or that any space between them is connected with embellishments to create a dynamic cascade from the top corner to the bottom corner of the layout.”

Challenge #3

Collection Used: Full of Wonder (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Nicole’s Tip: “If you struggle with mixing and matching color, remember a monochromatic color scheme is always a classic! And paying attention to the small details in papers, stickers, embellishments, etc. can give you inspiration for a new technique to try — I liked the rugged edges of the ‘tape’ styled stickers in the Full of Wonder Stickers pack, so I replicated that design on the Write On! Stickers where journaling will go to tie it together!”

Noreen’s Tip: “Even though this layout looks like there are a lot of borders, you only need to create three layered borders, then cut each in half!”
