How to Use a Baby Collection to Create a Scrapbook Layout for Other Occasions

The Little Lamb Baby collection features a soft, playful palette of pastel hues and designs with a charming modern-farmhouse feel. The versatility of it makes it perfect not only for babies and young children, but also for themes such as birthdays, trips to the farm and zoo, springtime and more. Take a look at how we used it in a project below!

What You’ll Need to Create This Layout:

Step 1: Choose a piece of Designer Paper as the base for this layout. The layout above uses a paper from the Little Lamb Baby Boy Paper Pack.

Step 2: Select a second piece of Designer Paper and trim it down to 1-1/2″ x 12″. Again, select another piece of Designer Paper and cut to measure 3″ x 12″.

Step 4: Using the Sprout Cartridge with the Border Maker System, punch out a 12″ border for your layout.

Step 5: Using your Tape Runner, adhere the 3″ x 12″ piece in the center of the layout and on top of that adhere the 1-1/2″ x 12″ cut piece of paper. Then, using the Repositionable Tape, adhere the sprout border on top of these.

Step 6: Now you will need to make the mats for your photographs. First, with another piece of Designer Paper, cut out pieces to measure 5″ x 5″ and 4-1/2″ x 6-1/2″. Select another piece of Designer Paper and cut pieces to measure 5″ x 7″, 5″ x 4-1/2″ and 5″ x 4″. Adhere your layered photo mats using the Tape Runner as they are shown.

Step 7: Gather your photo(s) and adhere them to the page. You will need one 4″ x 6″ photograph and one 4″ x 4″ photograph.

Step 8: Adhere embellishments to the layout as desired, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.
