TUTORIAL: Take a look with Tracey from Home Office as she uses a Border Maker Cartridge as a punch to make a small frame.

Maggie Hughes lives in an isolated rural community in the heart of the Australian Outback where she works as a Fauna Spotter Catcher, identifying environmental risks to Australian native wildlife and relocating them to safe habitats, as well as voluntarily rehabilitating orphaned and injured native animals. She is a mother to two amazing young men. She joined CM after being introduced to it by an old school friend. She says her scrapbooks will be a legacy of her life, full of quirky anecdotes, heartaches, triumphs, funny stories and educational information.

  1. I love the border maker as a punch. So beautiful! I have a question about the pockets with little pull-outs on your layouts. How do those work with a page protector? I would love to use them, but not sure how to make it work with a page protector. Your advice?

    1. Hi Dawn, you’ll want to make carefully placed slits in your Page Protector to be able to access the pull-outs. A few tips, draw a dot at each end of where you want the slit to be, remove the protector and slide a piece of cardboard or a small cutting mat inside the page protector, line up a ruler with your dots and cut the slits with a scalpel or retractable knife. Hope that helps.
