Balloons raise the party’s atmosphere, and their helium happenings bring a sense of happiness! Ready to make your projects pop?! Then look at these balloons and stars borders that will add festive flair to your memories of birthdays, weddings, New Year’s, grad parties, baby showers… any and all celebrations!

To create these borders you will need:
- Birthday Bonanza Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Birthday Bonanza Variety Mat Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Birthday Bonanza Embellishments or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Eggplant, Dark Sea Green & Kelly Green Solid Cardstocks or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Balloons & Stars Border Punch or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Custom Cutting System with Circle Patterns or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Circle Punch or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- 12-inch Trimmer with Straight & Scallop Blades or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Micro-Tip Scissors or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Repositionable Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Foam Squares Variety Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

So Much Fun Border

Step 1: Using the 12-inch Trimmer and Scallop Blade, cut a 12” x 3-1/4” strip with Eggplant Solid Cardstock for the base. Using the Straight Blade, cut a 12” x 1” strip with pom-poms paper and adhere about 1/4″ from the top of the base. Cut a 12” x 2” strip with blue fans paper and adhere about 1/4″ from the bottom of the base. Adhere a confetti border sticker near the bottom, as shown.
Step 2: Using the Balloon & Stars Border Punch, punch a border with each blue fans and magenta checkerboard papers. Punch another with yellow dotted scallop paper, flipping the paper to the reverse side before punching. Layer and adhere the borders as shown. Adhere the magenta border using Foam Squares.
Step 3: Add embellishments and stickers, popping them up with Foam Squares.
You Take The Cake Border

Step 1: Cut a 12” x 3-3/8” strip with blue stripes paper for the base. Using the 12-inch Trimmer and the Scallop Blade, cut a 12” x 3” strip with eggplant cardstock and adhere on the base. Using the straight blade, cut a 12” x 2-5/8” strip with colorful plaid paper and mount on top.
Step 2: Using the Balloons & Stars Border Punch, punch a border with each Eggplant Solid Cardstock, magenta checkerboard and yellow dotted scallop papers. Layer and adhere the mgenta and yellow borders behind the eggplant border. Apply Repositionable Tape Runner adhesive and adhere lightly on the border.
Step 3: Using the 1-3/4” Circle Punch, punch two circles with each magenta and yellow papers. Adhere three of them as shown, nestling them behind the curves in the punched border. Top with cupcake embellishments, popping them up with Foam Squares. Adhere the fourth circle using Foam Squares on top of the border. Place the “You take the cake” sticker behind it and the “Cheers to you” sticker on top of it. Add star stickers.
Time To Party Border

Step 1: Cut a 3-1/8” x 12” strip with blue stripes paper for the base. Cut a 2-5/8” x 12” strip with yellow dotted scallop paper and adhere on the base. Cut a 2-3/8” x 12” strip with balloons paper and mount on top.
Step 2: Using the Balloons & Stars Border Punch, punch borders with each Dark Sea Green, Kelly Green and Eggplant Solid Cardstocks. Trim 2-3/8” sections from each border. Adhere on the border as shown, alternating hues.
Step 3: Adhere stickers and embellishments, popping the title up with Foam Squares for dimension.
