Layout by Melissa Ullmann — CM Independent Advisor

To create this layout you will need:

Step 1: Use baby blue lined paper as the base for the layout.

Step 2: Cut a piece of mini stars, red plaid and blue fireworks to measure 4-1/2? x 4?. Adhere to the left edge of the layout.

Step 3: Cut a piece of red burst paper to measure 3-1/2? x 12?. Adhere over the top of the previous pieces on the left side of the layout.

Step 4: Cut three photos to measure 3? x 4?. Adhere over the top of the previous strip stacking them vertically.

Step 5: Using the 12-inch Trimmer, cut 1/2? from the bottom of the Perfectly Patriotic XL Layered Frame Embellishment. Adhere the 1/2? piece along the top edge of the layout.

Step 6: Place a 4? x 6? photo behind the frame opening, then adhere to the bottom edge of the layout.

Step 7: Adhere stickers, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension.

Step 8: Journal as desired.

What photos are you going to use for this USA scrapbook layout? Maybe Memorial Day, Veteran’s Day, honoring military personnel, Fourth of July or backyard BBQs?
