Pinterest Inspired Scrapbook Layouts For Your Newborn: Part 1

Who doesn’t love Pinterest?  It is my go-to when I draw a blank creatively!  Just scrolling through the boards on there generally provide me a touch of inspiration, in which I can use to start any scrapbooking layout or spread.  Looking beyond the actual theme of the layouts on there, you can use any layout or spread as inspiration by just changing out the papers and embellishments.  Sometimes I will change up the overall look slightly, and other times I will just use the pinned layout as a jumping off point!  The following scrapbook layouts were used as inspiration to creating baby themed layouts using Creative Memories products!

Step 2:  Cut the yellow plaid paper to measure 12″ x 4″.  Adhere to the lower part of each side of the spread.

Step 3:  Cut two pieces of the coral paper to measure 11″ x 6-1/2″.  Adhere to both sides of the spread.

Step 4:  From the mint colored paper, punch two borders using the Button Chain Cartridge for the Border Maker.  Adhere to the spread.

Step 5: Cut two pieces from the white cardstock to measure 4-1/2″ x 6-1/2″.  Adhere to the far left and far right side of the spread.  Add photos that measure 4″ x 6″.

Step 6:  Cut three pieces from the white cardstock to measure 5-1/2″ x 3-1/2″.  Adhere to the layout.  Add photos to measure 5″ x 3″.

Step 7:  Adhere the embellishments and stickers, layering some with foam squares.
