To create this Halloween scrapbook layout, you will need:

Use the yellow patterned paper as the base for this layout.

Cut a piece of the black patterned paper to measure 12″ x 1″.  Adhere to the lower edge of the layout.

Cut a piece of the blue dot paper to measure 12″ x 3″.  Adhere to the top edge of the layout.

Using the Victorian Fence Border Punch, punch a 12″ border from White Cardstock.  Adhere the to lower edge of the blue dot paper.

Using the Pumpkin Chain Border Maker Cartridge in the Border Maker System, punch two 12″ borders from the orange patterned paper.  Adhere the first border on the bottom edge of the fence.  Adhere the second border directly on top of the first one with Foam Squares.

Cut a piece of the black patterned paper to measure 4″ x 5″.  Cut a piece of the blue dot paper to measure 4″ x 5″.  Adhere these two pieces to the layout.

Cut a small strip of Black Cardstock to measure 1/2″ x 5″.  Use a scissors to cut to a point on one end for the “post”.  Adhere the stickers to the layout, using Foam Squares on some for dimension.
