Make a Mini Scrapbook Photo Album Using Full Bloom

Hi creators! I must admit, I haven’t been making as many mini albums lately. My mom reminds me often that she hasn’t received any minis in awhile. She loves it when I give her little mini scrapbook albums. I didn’t realize how much they meant to her until one night, she said, I look at your albums when I am feeling sad; they make me happy. How sweet! You just never know how doing the littlest thing can help someone…

Having said this, I decided to create a mini album for my mom. I printed out a few random photos of my favorite people… AKA, my crazy family. :)

To create this mini photo album, you will need:

• Full Bloom Paper Pack
• Full Bloom Stickers
• Full Bloom Embellishments
• Embossed Trio Flower Punch
• 2 x 3 Denim Album
• 12-inch Straight Trimmer
• Tape Runner
• Foam Squares
• Precision Point Adhesive Pen
• Black Dual-Tip Pen
• All-Purpose Scissors

To begin, I used Foam Squares to adhere the die cut flowers to the front of the album. Then I added  a purple pearl to the center.

I cut several patterns of paper down to 2″ x 3″, then I printed and cropped a variety of photos down to 2″ x 3″. I used the die cuts and stickers to embellish the pages as shown. For some of the pages, I cut the stickers to make them work for my mini.

For example, I cut the sun shape and flower wreath to make it work for me, rather than use the entire sticker. This mini album came together quickly with the die cuts and stickers. I just love how it turned out.

I used a Black Dual-Tip Pen to write “Family Time” on the little pottery plants.

I used the Embossed Trio Flower Punch to punch a little teal flower and adhered it to the center of the page using a Foam Square and topped it off with a pearl embellishment. Then I used a Black Dual-Tip Pen to hand-journal my sentiment.

For this spread, I cut the die cut flower in half using All-Purpose Scissors then added a few stickers to the center to change the look of the flower.

I decided to mix it up a bit with this sticker by using a die cut flower over the sticker flower to add dimension. I think it adds the perfect touch!

For the left side, I cut the border sticker down and added the arrow sticker using a Foam Square. I cut the sun from the sticker and used the Black Dual-Tip Pen to journal inside the sun.

More flowers… stickers and die cuts to decorate these two pages. I used the Embossed Trio Flower Punch to punch the little circle in blue to add to the center of the flower. I wanted to break up the pink a little bit.

And here is my last spread. I cut the flower sticker to make it work for this photo. I wanted to create a fun photo corner for the photo. Super simple…but effective.
