Get instructions for this awesome layout and get creative!

To create this layout, you will need:

Step 1: Use the slate gingham-patterned paper as the base for this layout.

Step 2: Trim the cream Canada-patterned paper into an 11” square and mount it on top of the base.

Step 3: Trim the canoe section out of the mat-patterned paper. Cut it in half. Using scraps or mat sections, cut out two navy pieces measuring 1″ x 4”,  a piece of the crimson leaves paper measuring 3/4” x 4” and an evergreen-patterned piece measuring 3/4″ x 4”. Along with one 6” x 4” photo, mount one navy blue piece, one crimson leaves piece and one evergreen-patterned piece along the top section of the layout. Do the same along the bottom section with one 6″ x 4″ photo and the remaining pieces, as shown, allowing for a 1/8” cream edge to show on all outer sides.

Step 4: Cut a 12” x 3-3/8” section of striped patterned paper (with crimson, Prussian blue and evergreen stripes). Mount in the middle of the border. Top with the canoe and paddle laser cut border.

Step 5: Punch fish using the Outdoor Adventure Quartet Punch from scraps and add to the journal box. Journal as desired.

There are all sorts of adventures to be had and memories to be made in the great outdoors and the Great Escape collection is perfect for bringing these adventures and memories to life. What types of photos will you fill this adventure scrapbook layout with? Let us know in the comments below!
