Going to the beach can be a refreshing and relaxing experience — and one that calls for photo opportunities, of course! Take a look at this two-page tropical scrapbook spread and start planning out your next beach getaway!
To create this layout you’ll need:
- Boho Escape Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Boho Escape Tone-on-Tone Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Boho Escape Foiled Embellishments or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- 12-inch Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Repositionable Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Foam Squares or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Black Dual-Tip Pen or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
Step 1: Use a piece of terra cotta mandalas and a piece of white with mustard ovals tonal papers for the bases of this layout.
Step 2: Cut a 4-1/2″ x 12″ strip of tan canvas designer paper and adhere to the left side of the layout, about 1/2″ from the edge. Cut three 4-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ pieces of olive tropical plants designer paper and adhere to the tan canvas strip as shown. Top with rug foiled embellishments.
Step 3: Cut a 4-1/2″ x 12″ strip of olive tropical plants designer paper and adhere to the right side of the layout, about 1/2″ from the edge. Cut a 4-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ piece of tan canvas designer paper and adhere to the middle of the olive strip. Mount two square bamboo frame embellishments to the top and bottom of the olive strips. Adhere a 3″ x 3″ photo behind one and journal on the other.
Step 4: Adhere four 6″ x 4″ photos to the layout. Top one with a bamboo frame embellishment.
Step 5: Add additional embellishments, popping some up with Foam Squares for added dimension.
Step 6: Journal as desired.
