Ahh, springtime — a season of rebirth and renewal, from fresh floral fragrances to little birds peeping and chirping from within their homely nests, winged insects fluttering through the air and drizzly rain showers to unearth sprouting greenery from the dark of winter. Of course, it’s only natural to want to commemorate this grand thaw, and it’s easy to do so with the Spring Cottage collection! Take a look at how this spring scrapbook layout gets into the spring of things — and bee inspired to make it yourself!

To create this layout you will need:
- Spring Cottage Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Spring Cottage Tone-on-Tone Paper Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Spring Cottage Stickers or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Spring Cottage Variety Mat Pack or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- 12-inch Trimmer or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- All-Purpose Scissors or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Repositionable Tape Runner or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)
- Brown Dual-Tip Pen or (Shop Canada | Shop Australia)

Step 1: Use the brown and white gingham picnic blanket texture tonal paper as the base for the layout.
Step 2: Cut a strip from the yellow dragonflies paper to measure 12″ x 1/2″. Adhere to the bottom edge of the layout.
Step 3: Adhere the picket fence border sticker behind the brown patterned border sticker, adhere to the top edge of the yellow dragonflies paper.

Step 4: Adhere four large mats along the edges of both sides of the layout. The bottom-left mat will overlap the bottom-right mat, and the top-right mat will overlap the top-left mat. Adhere small title mat atop the upper-right larger mat.
Step 5: Cut a small mat in half (3″ x 4″) with the white and brown gingham picnic blanket texture pattern. Adhere to the bottom-left larger mat to journal on.
Step 6: Cut another strip from the yellow dragonflies paper to measure 12″ x 1/2″. Adhere along the top edge of the mats.
Step 7: Adhere the picket fence border sticker behind the brown patterned border sticker, adhering along the top edge of the yellow dragonflies paper.
Step 8: Adhere photos to the mats. Photo sizes: Two 6″ x 4″ photos (parts of the photos will be tucked behind previous mats) and one 3″ x 4″ photo.

Step 9: Adhere stickers to the layout, using Foam Squares on some for added dimension. Journal as desired.
